Where do you ship to?

We currently ship internationally from Colombia. Delivery options and times vary depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic (Colombia): 2–4 business days

International: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

What is your return policy?

 If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team before returning your order.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I exchange a product?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.

Are CEILK products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulations are designed with gentle, non-irritating ingredients, including high-purity sericin, known for its calming and healing properties. However, we always recommend a patch test before full use.

Are your products dermatologically tested?

Yes, our products are dermatologically tested for safety, stability, and skin compatibility.

Can I use CEILK products during pregnancy?

Our products use natural, non-toxic ingredients, but if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use.

Are CEILK products cruelty-free?

 Absolutely. We never test on animals, and our signature ingredient  sericin  is harvested using a cruelty-free process that allows silkworms to complete their natural life cycle and transform into butterflies.
